At times, the staff of Advanced Property Management, LLC, is called out of the office for emergencies, meetings or to show property. While we apologize for these inconveniences, please leave us a message or an e-mail and we will get back with you as soon as we can.
Rent is due in our office by the 5th of each month. If you are posted for non-payment, late fees are strictly enforced. When mailing rent to our office, postmarks are reviewed for delinquency. If an envelope is postmarked on the 6th, you made no arrangements for late pay and were posted for non-payment, late fees are due. No exceptions!!!
