Maintenance requests can be called into the office during office hours, left on voice mail after-hours, by e-mail or in writing at the office. As soon as you notice something amiss, please contact the office immediately. Maintenance requests are prioritized according to urgency and type.
When contacting the office in the event of a maintenance emergency, it is imperative that you leave your name, your phone number and your address. It is impossible for the maintenance staff to guess who you are when none of this information is left on the message.
